AY 2020–2021 of De La Salle University Senior High School at the Manila and Laguna Campuses will begin on June 2020.

1. How can students qualify for entry at De La Salle University?

Students who passed the DCAT (DLSU College Admission Test) and complied with the minimum grade requirements may proceed directly to DLSU college programs.

2. When can students apply to the Senior High School program in DLSU?

The application period is from July 1 to October 26, 2019.

Laguna — November 16, 2019

3. What are the tracks offered?

a. Academic Track with the following strands:
STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics)
ABM (Accountancy, Business, and Management)
HUMSS (Humanities and Social Sciences)

b. Arts and Design

c. Sports Track

4. Are there scholarship opportunities available to Senior High School students?

Yes, scholarship grants will be awarded to outstanding students. However, these grants are awarded based on the results of the DSHAPE only.

5. What are the grade requirements?

• A general average of 85
• No grade below 80 in any subject
• No grade below 80 or equivalent in Conduct/Deportment

6. What are the application requirements?

•Accomplished Application Form
•Passport size photos
•Copy of report cards or Transcript of Records from Grades 7, 8, and 9
•Original NSO/PSA birth certificate or passport or any valid proof of citizenship

7. What are the enrollment requirements?

a. Letter of Acceptance
b. Two copies of Confirmation Letters
c. Two (2) Recommendation Letters/Forms
d. Guidance Transition Certificate
e. Original Copy of NSO/PSA Birth Certificate
f. Copies of the following:

•National Career Assessment Examination (NCAE) Result
•Grade 7,8, and 9 Report Cards or Transcript of Records

g. Original Grade 10 Report Card with Learner’s Reference Number (LRN) signed by the Principal or School Administrator for the transfer of eligibility
h. Official Receipt of Confirmation Payment
i. Qualified Voucher (QVR) Certificate or Educational Service Contracting (ESC) Certificate, if available, for proper assessment of tuition and fees

Additional requirements for students with tourist and balikbayan visa:

a. Pay the one-time international student fee of PhP 70,000 on top of the tuition and fees.

b. Pay the Special Student Permit (SSP) processing fee of Php 3,740.00 and submit the following documents:

2. Two pcs. 2x2 pictures

3. Photocopy (original to be presented) of:

•passport page with photo/details and stamp of latest arrival arrival in the Philippines

•I-Card of the student (front and back pages)

Additional requirements for dual citizens:

Submit the photocopy of the following documents (original to be presented):

a. Philippine passport
b. Certificate of Recognition as a Filipino
c. Naturalization Certificate as a Filipino

Additional requirements for students with other visa such as 47A2, 9G, etc.:

a. Passport of the student and parent (Passport page with photo/details and stamp of the latest arrival in the Philippines
b. I-card of the student and parent (front and backpage)

c. SRRV card
d. SIRV card
e. Working Visa card

8. What is the admission procedure for Senior High School applicants?

Step 1:
Complete the application process via the Online Application Facility accessible via https://my.dlsu.edu.ph/admissions/highschool/oaf/

Step 2:
Create an account using a valid email address.

Step 3:
Complete all the information (i.e personal, contact details, parent/guardian, and strand choices)

Step 4:
Upload scanned passport size colored photo, and scanned copies of report cards (Grade 7, 8, and 9), NCAE, and NSO/PSA birth certificate.

Step 5:
Pay the P600 testing fee through online via credit card payment (Mastercard/Visa) or over-the-counter payment (Metrobank or UCPB).

Step 6:
Secure online test permit. Only the applicants who have submitted all the requirements will be given a test permit.

Important Note: A verification process shall be conducted following submission of documents and payment of application fee. A confirmation email shall be sent to the registered email address to print the Test Permit.

Step 7:
Take the DLSU Senior High Admission and Placement Exam on the scheduled date, time, and venue as printed on the Test Permit.

Step 8:

All applicants must bring the Test Permit and Student ID (or equivalent valid ID) on the testing day. Guidelines and reminders stated on the test permit must be strictly followed.

9. How will applicants know the exam result?

The test results may be accessed fromn the DLSU website, dlsu.edu.ph. Results are usually released on the fourth(4th) week of January 2020. Kindly check the website for updates.

10. How much is the annual cost of tuition and fees?

Tuition and fees are estimated at P169,275 per year.
Enrollment is at the start of the academic year.

11. Will DLSU Senior High School students be required to wear uniforms?

No, there will be no school uniform, however the students are required to wear P.E. uniform during P.E. classes.
